SMART MLS MEETING

Description

SmartMLS is considering a change to their membership requirements, as are MLS organizations across the country. Currently, in order to have access to the MLS, an agent must be a member of a Local Board and by extension a member of NAR. That is why we have the “Realtor” designation. Smart is proposing to drop this requirement so that anyone who has a real estate license issued by the State of Connecticut, can be a member of Smart.
